Kundalini Activation is a direct energetic activation that supports and guides the awakening of your own natural life force energy

Kundalini energy is also often referred to as prana or shakti
It’s not created, imposed or transferred 

It already lives within you

In this space, I facilitate a safe, grounded energetic field that allows your system to access its own intelligence in the most gentle, organic way, at a pace that your system is ready to allow

This work supports:

Nervous system regulation and settling

Somatic and emotional release

Reconnection to intuition, presence, and embodied awareness

Before we go any further, there’s something important I want to speak into here

Kundalini is not given
It is not received
And it is not something I “give” you

I am not giving you energy
I am not transferring my energy for you
I am not directing your experience
And i am not acting as a conduit for an energy outside of you to move through me and enter you

What happens in these sessions is an activation of the energy that already lies within your body

Kundalini is your own life force energy
It is the same intelligence that beats your heart, heals your wounds, regulates your nervous system, and moves you toward wholeness without conscious effort

This energy is intelligent
It doesn’t need me to direct it because it knows exactly where to go, what to do and what you are needing

My role is to create a safe, grounded, and attuned field that allows your body to access its own innate self-healing capacity

Kundalini does not ask you to rush
It does not override you
It does not force awakening that you are not ready to hold

It meets you exactly where you are emotionally, physically and energetically

For some, that looks like movement
For others, deep stillness
For many, it can look like regulation before the release

A Personal Note

I didn’t come to this work because I wanted to facilitate energy

I came to it because my own body needed to remember how to feel safe again

For nearly my entire life, I lived very disconnected from my body
I was capable, high-functioning, and holding it all together… while something underneath remained numb and unheard

I had tried doing healing
I had tried fixing
I had tried understanding

What I hadn’t tried was letting my body lead

When I first experienced true energetic activation, nothing dramatic happened on the outside
No fireworks. No lights streaming down from above

What happened instead was far more gentle

My system softened
My breath deepened
And my body finally felt like it was allowed to speak, because it felt safe to be heard

That moment changed how I understand healing forever
Healing isn’t something we chase
It doesn’t require force
It is what unfolds when safety is present 

This is the space I now hold for other women

I’m not someone who knows better, simply a facilitator who has deep trust in the intelligence of the body

What happens in a session

  • You’ll be guided to lie down comfortably, eyes closed, supported by a playlist designed specifically to encourage the energetic flow of your Kundalini energy.

  • There is minimal verbal guidance during the activation itself, because your body doesn’t need instructions and we don’t need guidance for the mind
    Your body simply needs permission and safety

  • Throughout the energetic activation, presence, and attuned facilitation, your system is invited into a state where energy may begin to move naturally.

  • Every experience is unique
    Stillness is just as powerful as movement

    There is no “right” way to experience this work

Control your breath (although we will move through a gentle breathwork to begin)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience with energy work or meditation?

No. This practice meets you exactly where you are. First-timers are very welcome.

Will I lose control or consciousness?

No. You remain fully conscious and aware throughout the session. Your body and nervous system always retain choice.

What if nothing happens?

That is still a complete experience. Some shifts are subtle or unfold over time. Stillness is often regulation and integration.

Is this the same as breathwork?

No. There is no forced breathing pattern. Breath may change naturally, but the work is energetic and somatic.

Can kundalini activation be intense?

It can be, although intensity is not the goal. These sessions are held with a nervous-system-first approach, prioritising safety, grounding, and integration over peak experiences.
Often the most relaxed experiences are the most potent

Is this safe?

Yes, when facilitated responsibly and trauma-aware which is how these sessions are held

This work may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing:

Active psychosis or mania

Severe dissociation without adequate support

Certain unmanaged psychiatric conditions

Integration & Aftercare

Kundalini Activation doesn’t end when the music stops

The energy continues to reorganise and integrate in the hours, days, and sometimes weeks following a session

We close slowly and intentionally, supporting your return to the body and the present moment
